Weight loss? Maybe..

Hellooo. 
So it's pretty safe to say if you are a girl, in our society, there's probably something you don't like about yourself. Aesthetically speaking. For me, its always been my weight, my thunder thighs and big hips specifically, being a pear shaped person. 


I have been on every single diet out there, and that's not even an exaggeration. I've done Atkins, Slimfast, the fasting diet, the juice diet, the 5:2 diet. Literally you name it I've probably done it.

However! Recently I've decided that enough is bloody well enough. I am done putting my body through the stress of yoyo dieting not to mention my mental health. I'm done being miserable with my body and feeling rubbish in whatever I wear, so I've come to the conclusion that if something is broken, it can be fixed. Therefore if i'm unhappy only I can fix it.

So, I'm sticking to the two golden rules of getting healthier, eat less crap, and drink more water. Easy right?

Also, positively, I went out for my first run in a long while tonight and it felt wonderful. I used to run all the time, until I got shin splints in both legs at the same time and had to stop. Now, two stone heavier than I was then, I am starting it again. Not that I did no exercise in that time, I do karate and am part of the rowing club at university. 



So, feeling more positive and motivated than I have in a while, I guess I'll just see how it goes.
